Historic city of Limoges famous for Porcelain and enamel craftsmanship and there are museums and factory tours to explore. For contemporary enamel work a visit to the Gallery in the Old Butchers quarter is a must.

Aubusson  is famous for its’ tapestries.

Correze is home to 5 of the official most beautiful villages in France. These are; Collonges-La-Rouge pretty town constructed in red sandstone, Curemonte, Turenne, Saint Robert, Ségur le Château.

Rocamadour is a limestone village clinging to the cliff side over a gorge, Underground caverns and river at Les Gouffres de Padirac.  Spectacular waterfalls at the gorge at Gimmel les cascades, Tulle, Arnac Pompadour for the chateau and home of the French National Stud and a programme of racing and equestrian events throughout the summer.

Le Casse Bouteille in Meymac - lovely terrace, with home grown vegetables, very welcoming and great food.

Le Brasserie at Treignac, imposing ivy covered building on road into Treignac.
